I would like to contact someone at BlackBerry App World in order to fix the problem with the app I downloaded. But there is NO way
to contact them directly. I have posted a message about the app I purchased. The app does not work and I would like to either have it fixed or receive a refund. I have not received a response from BlackBerry "support" and as far as I know this is the only way to contact them. This is NO way to run a business. There should be a way to contact the company directly. Do others feel the same way about the LACK of support from BlackBerry?
