Need EMAIL App to bring in Several Email Accounts to my Tour 9630

I need a BB App that will bring in Emails from several different Email accounts and let me deal with them. I need the ability to organize into folders and send and receive.

I do not use Outlook...but could if that is my only option.

I looked at NICE Office, but it will not bring Emails to your BB.

I don't do high volume, but I do have several accounts I need to monitor.

Any ideas ?

Thanks.

If folders and sub folders are a requirement, you will need a BES BlackBerry Enterprise Service account, or BESX.

Personal BIS BlackBerry Internet Service accounts do not allow for subfolders.

[ Edited ]

Are there not any apps like Ooutlook that will handle this for me?

Is there an app that will install Outlook on the BB?

If not, can I setup Outlook and have my emails sent from Outlook to my BB?

If I can't have folders, can I al least bring in emails from the outside email accounts to my Blackberry?

There is nothing like "Outlook" for the BlackBerry, you don't need it ON the BlackBerry.

It was built to handle email, so the email apps IS already ON the device.

Yep, any email account can push to the BlackBerry.

Maybe there is something to which you are lookin for a solution which you have not clearly asked the question.

What is your overall need?

Re: Need EMAIL App to bring in Several Email Accounts to my Tour 9630

I am looking for something that will allow me to seperate the incoming emails from the different email accounts. I would prefer for it to be automatic, but if necessary, I guess I could do it manually.

I also need any Replies to the different emails to come from that specific email address, and not my standard BB email account.

I'm sorry if this is something the BB can already do, I just don't know how to do it. I have spent some time poking around the Knowledge Base and haven't seen anything telling me how to do this.

Thanks for your help.

The BlackBerry does ALL of that.

You can have seperate email inbox folders.

You can reply ONLY from the email address to which the email was sent.

It'll work.

actually it does NOT do this. i have my gmail set up to receive my college emails and whenever i reply to my professors it sends from my personal gmail account.

for example;

Professor@college.edu sends an email to alex@college.edu. alex@gmail.com receives alex@college.edu and puts it in inbox. and when i reply to my professor's email, it will reply from alex@gmail.com

i am still trying to figure out how to change the 'send using;" different email address.

Re: Need EMAIL App to bring in Several Email Accounts to my Tour 9630

KangAlex, in the future, please learn to create your own thread when you have your own personal issue to discuss... even if your issue might be "similar" the originally posted. yours is not the same, and posting in a existing thread like this just clutters the original posters thread.
The "New Message" link is at the top left of each forum section page.

Your issue is different, you're using a fowarding setup.

It does do this... and your example perfectly describes it.

Your email IS received to alex@gmail.com, and it replies from alex@gmail.com. That's the way it works... an email received will ONLY reply from the email address to which it was received.

In your case, Alex, you want to FOWARD, not reply, and in the forward back to your professor, or whomever, you will scroll up and change the send using to "alex@college.edu", IF that email address is registered on your device. If it is not, you can not reply from that address, since the device does not have access to it.

Now, as a workaround, in your BIS account setup for "alex@gmail.com" you can set the REPLY TO to come from "alex@college.edu", but that is only a mask, and will not actually send from that address.

I suggest that you get your "alex@college.edu" address pushed to your device instead... much clearner and will work exactly as you desire.

Re: Need EMAIL App to bring in Several Email Accounts to my Tour 9630

the problem with having the email pushed to my phone is then i will receive double the notifications as my gmail receives all my school emails as well. i also have my  gmail receiving my work emails as well, so i want to be able to "send using" all 3 from one account. =\

i will try BIS, but right now it wont let me register, i am on the phone with a rep but she doesnt seem to know what BIS is =(
