Need Help with App World Downloaded Safe Wallet

I have purchased the safe wallet from app world.  after it downloaded and installed, it asked me for username and key for registration.  however, after purchasing, app world did not send me the username and key.  what do i do?  i dont' want to waste my money for something just trial version for CAD 9.00 .  anyone can help please.

Typically, the registration will not come from AppWorld -- it's just a storefront passing through stuff from developers. It is they that you'd need to contact -- inside of the app should be some kind of link that points you to them (usually help, about...or something like that).
