Need assistance with 8520

Good day bbm'ers. I have sold my 8520. How can I change/delete my bbm name from that phone? The new owner is unable to create a profile with mine still being there.

 

Please assist asap.Smiley Embarassed

Given that you've already delivered the BB to the buyer, some careful coordination will be necessary in order for you to fully complete the Seller steps (which must be done BEFORE the buyer steps begin).
