Need help to recover mail password



On my new Bold 9900 V7.1

in France, with Orange


i'm not able to recover a mail account password


It's an account created 2 years ago on my stolen 9700,


the mail account is something@blackberry.orange.fr


I followed this steps:


From the BlackBerry smartphone with BlackBerry 6 and 7:
  1. On the BlackBerry smartphone home screen, click on Setup
  2. Click on Email Accounts
  3. Click on Internet Mail Account
  4. Highlight the BlackBerry Email account
  5. Press the Menu button
  6. Click on Edit
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen expand Login Information
  8. Click on Forgot Password
  9. Enter the answer to the Security Question
 10. Click on OK


--> But the message received is like:


"here is your password:"


and nothing esle...

You need to ring up Orange...they control that account for you.
