Need help with Media Card

Please help,I can't find my photos and music on my media card,when I take a picture it save to media card but when I go to media card its not the,none of my music is there any more,my ring tone are still the same but I can't find the track on the media card it only show like 6 songs...please help me

hello bollarichards,

when you take a picture, how do you know that it is saved to media card?

The phone ask me where to save the picture...it make no since my ring tone are still the same but in my music folder are only 6 songs and my ring tone are not one of them

I can't see all my stuff on my memory card,like photos and music,when I take a picture I can't see it in my images,or like my ring tone are still the same when I had all my song and not I only have like 6 songs but the ring tone is still the same...its like my memory card settings are wrong

hello bollarichards,

 

I am sorry but I still do not understand the sentences you have written.

 

I suggest you destroy the media cache on your memory card. To do that :

with the phone turned on

  1. open the battery door
  2. remove the card
  3. insert the card again and close the battery door
  4. on your phone, open the pictures app. You should have a quick message that says that it is rebuilding the media cache
  5. and it will display a white bar at the bottom of the screen, that bar will progressively be filled with blue. When the bar is all blue, all the media cache files are reconstructed.

 

Please tell me if this works for you. Otherwise, I have another solution that requires a computer.
