New 8330 - having problems...

I am confused.  I just received my Curve 8330 today.  I am trying to set it up but having problems.  The only email options are for an Enterprise email.  I want to link my gmail accounts in.  Also the cd they sent me won't open on my Vista laptop.  So I came here to download desktop and it wants company info and all this stuff.  I am really frustrated.  Please help.

Hello Kelly, how r you?? my name is Alex. sorry to hear you Frustrated about your mobile phone, that is happenning to me rigth now, i have a BB 8320 and i'm trying to set it up in my Laptop and it won't let me to do it.  and i can't do anything, ok Kelly if i try to solve this Trobleshoothing i will let u know. bye

Hi KellyAnn,

Did you use the setup wizard? I believe it gives you the option of email BIS or BES?

I got it working.  I hadn't activated it yet.  That option doesn't show up til you do.  Thanks everyone.
