New BBM Upgrade

Hello,
I use a BlackBerry 9370
On visaphone mobile carrier
I am on a BIS monthly data with my provider
Smartphone(GPRS,CDMA,Wi-Fi)
7.1 Bundle 2364 (v7.1.086)
Platform 5.1.0.606

Since I upgraded to the new BBM, I have not been able to send pictures while chatting(Error message reads 'complete BBM settup) and my messages do not deliver to whomever I'm chatting with.
Please help!!!!!

Check your Options > BlackBerryID screen. Is your BBID setup on the device correctly?

I honestly don't know how, but I just discovered yesterday morning when someone replied a chat message I sent about 4 days ago.
Now my message get delivered and I can send pictures.

Good Morning everyone, I upgraded my BBM to 8.1.0.20. And since then my phone hangs everytime I go to BBM, please what can I do.
I use blackberry 9780/6.0.0.294. Thanks for your responce .

Try this, delete your BBM from App World > MyWorld.

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. 

Now, using the BlackBerry browser go to www.blackberry.com/bbm and download/install again.
