New BBM isn't Working

I recenty upgraded my bbm on my 9900 to the latest one. ever since then i havent been able to send or receive any bbm messages Smiley Sad I need help please

Yeah I have, I get recent updates but messages just won't send and receive Smiley Sad

what happens when you click on the BBm icon that is on the home screen?

I have contacts and no they're not.. I have the latest software as well..
