New Desktop will not synch to Outlook

Everything was workine fine however today I can no longer synch my Calendar to Outlook on my laptop.  I've tried a full uninstall and clean re-install as Administrator but the errors persist.  Getting various pop up messages:

"A program error occured at line 131 in .\Error.cpp.  Report this error by sending a log to technical support"

"Error:  COLTransBase::MoveFirstSummaryRecord: Unable to move to first or next row."

"CPreferencesManager:  Configuration Value for /Preferences/Pinxxxxxxx/Calendar/Sid no set in TransConfig.xlm"

 

Basically I'm shut out of updating my Blackberry.  Even tried to delete all entries on BB then copy new from laptop - did not work.  Did a restore so at least I have all my old appointments but really need this fixed.

 

Thoughts?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB32032 Recurring appointments of a specific pattern cause the sync to fail with an error message in BlackBerry Desktop Software

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.
