New Email acct not working!

Added Runbox to my email accts on Torch and only my bank emails are coming through to phone.  Other emails are not coming to Torch including Blackberry messages and from other blackberry phones. Never had any other problems with other email accts. Did battery pull...waited an hour...sent service books...deleted email acct and re entered acct with no change...only one email is coming thru...any suggestions is much appreciated.
