I just sign up as a new member. I have had my Torch 9810 for almost 2 yrs & have had very few problems. However just recently I'm having issues with the trackpad which of course makes it hard to navigate on the screen.

In the past when this has happened I would either resolved it by removing the battery or downloading the software again. But neither has worked.

I would like to reboot it by using the reset button however not sure where it's at.

Can anybody advised where it's at or something else that I can tried.
