I have bought Blackberry bold 5 9790 , eight month before
And it is occuring Very much Problem , and i have given to dealer (Bhutra mobile) in BEAWAR (305901) rajasthan
for replacement two months before , and still he is not giving any prpoer replies , as there is rule for giving replacement mobile in 2-3 weeks maximum . so please assist where i have to contact for my mobile
he has given complain number also...

So, your escalation path is not here, in these forums. Rather, it is through your existing dealer...even if they may have so far been unhelpful. You have no free path by which to bypass them, and must escalate through them as they are contractually responsible to you.
