New Password for Blackberry ID not working

Hi

 

Trying to get international sim working in my blackberry curve. When i put it in it asked for blackberry ID, i typed it and it said it was incorrect. I changed it online and its still saying its incorrect. Anyone know what i can do?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Since you can login to your BBID online from your computer, the account is good. So it could be a few things:

Are there any special characters or numbers in the ID or password? If so, you must be sure you type those correctly on the BB keyboard.

Is this the same BBID you used with your prior SIM? Does it still work with that?

Have you rebooted your BB while changing the SIM?

Is there anything else you've already done (so we can avoid redundancy)?
