New Service agreement

Hi there,

 

I want to accept the lastest update ' blackberry prosumor services' in my emailsetting but i cant, i get aan error saying there are problems on this server for the application.

 

This makes that i cant receive emails on my blackberry torch 9800

 

What can di do to fix this?

To resolve this issue you will need to contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry as further investigation is required.
