New Sim Error message

Hello all.  My Blackberry is telling me I have inserted a new sim, which I haven't.  When I input my login and password details it says they do not match the ones on my Blackberry account!  any ideas please. this is driving me made.  All I did was put my phone on charge!  Rang Orange but they haven't seen this before and cannot help.  Many thanks

Did you purchase your BlackBerry® smartphone from Orange™ or did you bring it from another wireless provider?
