New To Blackberry

Hi All, I am trying to find out how I can copy my email address book from my pc to my Blackberry 8820, as I have not been able to find howto or an app that might do it for me.

If any of you guys know how I could do this without having to laboriously type them all in from scatch, would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Dave
