Re: New application icon

Please check here:

  • Homescreen > Options > (Advanced Options in some OS levels) > Applications

If it's listed in the application list(s), then simply delete it from there. If it's not listed, then it's likely just a teaser icon pushed by your carrier, enticing you to install the app. Just hide the icon or move it somewhere out of the way.

Good luck!

Re: New application icon

Scroll to the icon so that it is highlighted, don't click on it, and press the Menu key > Hide.

You can't easily delete it.. it is pushed to your BlackBerry via a service book. You can delete the service book, and it will be pushed again.

So, just hide it.

Re: New application icon

Hi and thanks for the suggestion. I looked for it but it must be one pushed  by Verizon so I did as the second poster suggested and just hid it since I can't delete it.

Thanks for taking the time to help me.
