New s/w 7.1 bundle 1149

Hi,

I upgrade my BB 2 weeks ago to 7.1 bundle 1149.

Since then:

1. I can't use my BB Apps - After my confirmation (I AGREE) to the terms, I am getting back the screen of the BB Apps, but still I can't download or make any activities.

 

2. Other applications as Endomodo or Waze are stuck.

Hi yehielk780,

 

Please reboot your phone. Pull out the battery while your BlackBerry powered ON and reinsert again. If your problem persists reistall App world.

I tried both in the past.... - didn't work.

To be on the safe side I download the version from the BB site and reinstall, then restarted the unit.

Still the same.

 

Also, I do not have my BBM application.

 

BTW: I can't load any S/W to my Blackberry due to the same problem.

Thanks, but i am runing the latest OS system.

When i am pressing the: Device/update - i am getting:

"there are no blackberry device s/w to update".

Hello yehielk780,

 

 

                                  Have a look at this Article of K.B "No updates are available for your device" appears when an attempt is made to update the BlackBerry ...
