New software update HELP!!

So I updated the new software but it keeps freezing at 14%-15% and I'm getting really upset because I don't know what to do help oh and the service turned off because the update drained my batterie!!!

Are you doing the device software update wirelessly or through a computer?  If you're doing it wirelessly you will need to follow the steps in this KB article to finish the update: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320 or www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB19915 for Mac.


Please note: all data will be lost by performing those steps however it will resolve the issue.
