On my work provided Blackberry Bold 9780, I don't know how to get pictures and videos off the unit to my computer without emailing them one by one. I installed the Blackberry desktop software, but when I try to connect to my pictures, it says a problem occured while trying to connect and opening the help window is no good because it doens't load properly. What do I do?

Is the BlackBerry® Desktop Software able to detect your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9780 smartphone when its connected? If not, one of the following KB articles should help.

If you are able to connect with the BlackBerry® Desktop Software but not access the media, are you able to access your media files when selecting your media card from the computer?
