New upgrade for BBM does not work!!!

I upgraded my BBM just before Christmas and now I have completely lost BBM. It says Cannot set up BBM! A temporary BBM server error has occured. Does anyone know why this happened and when it will be fixed??!! I use BBM a lot.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Are you connected to the mobile network or a Wi-Fi network?

If reinserting your battery hasn't helped, can you please try uninstalling BBM then reinstalling, then connect to a Wi-Fi network and retry the setup and check to see if that resolves the issue?

It didn't relsoved.. I'm experiencing that too.. I don't know how to uninstall bbm.. Pls help me..

to uninstall BBM :
from the home screeen
go to the AppWorld
enter My World
in the "installed apps", hover on the application (in your case, BlackBerry Messenger)
open the menu, select delete (do not archive it).
