Re: Newbie: What is your favorite feature?

Z10 experience.

1. ability  to sinchronize (sometimes) only with MS outlook. Not importing ANY other forms of contact. Migrating from/to the phone is nightmare. Especially if you do not use MS office. And it looks like only one way export.

2.  Z10 was dropped to watter. Yes it is bad. Now toucscreen is not working. Can I salvage contacts? NOPE. I need to sign in to some **bleep** blueberry id service on both computer and phone. Try it without screen.

3. When screen was working.... who designed user interface on this phone?

4. Blackberry link software. Please kill software engineers. Why this software is even touching my printers and network cards during installation? Ever try to export images/video? There is no "export", "copy" button. Export to Desktop (I don't to copy to desktop) only. It is nice that this fuction is not working. Only simple windows explorer did the job. "Drag-n-dop"- no, we do not know such features.

Re: Newbie: What is your favorite feature?

I don't think BlackBerrry can be blamed for a bad user experience for a device you've "dropped to watter". That would be bad for any small electronic device.

Antonietta, you will need to explain what problem you're having with SMS.

[ Edited ]

I have been a BlackBerry user for almost 8 years now.  From the super old 7100 to now a Z10, I am able to manage personal, social, and work lives with super ease.  One of the features I love the most is the BlackBerry Protect.  With this, I am confident that my device will secure my data and this is also good for lost and/or stolen devices.
