No Service

i've had my curve 9360 for nearly a year and it has been coming up with no service almost everywhere i go including my house, there are places i occasionally get signal but on 1 or 2 bars max, and i need more consitant coverage, i have just updated my phone to the latest soft ware but it hasn't helped can anybody help?

Actually, from your description, this sounds like a carrier coverage issue. You may be located in a zone where TMO simply has very weak coverage, and there is nothing to be done with the device if that is the case. But, to verify, you should contact TMO for formal help with coverage issues on their network.
