No Web access

Help please. I cannot access any web sites. Selecting the browser, Virgin, or Google buttons does nothing. Philbot

Is it stopped suddenly? Do you have BlackBerry data plan?

Hi Tanzim - Long story I have had my BB two years, As I have cancelled my contract with the original provider, I have just transferred a sim card from an old phone to my BB. It has been unlocked and everything works ok but for the web access. I dont have BB data plan. Regards - Phil

I you don't have BlackBerry data plan then you won't be able to user your BlackBerry for browsing internet. Having BlackBerry data plan is a must to browse internet or getting access to emails.
