No app is working

Hello i m using mobile network on blackberry curve..internet going fine when i open any page like google.com etc. but when i am trying to use whatsapp and viber internet connection does not work and it says network error .... I have already allow all permissions and reeboot and reset it sometimes but nothing happens.... Please help me

And it also says no network on your cellular

M unable to install app in Playbook.

Give me some good links.

I have used DDPB software, but When I installl the app, the icon of the app appears, but the app dont start.

Please help.
