No blackberry Internet Service

Please assist me on my BB problem. Presently I use Airtel NG as Network provider. My phone is 08085362910. I was using the bb up till a time i discover it was no longer connecting for browsing.

It continue to tell me that ther was no blackberry internet servive.

When i checked through the setting i discover that :-

Connection:- Not connected

Active Profile :- Not connected,

SSID:- Not connected

Type:-Not connected

PIN:- 26BA5C92

I have Opera mini and the phone browser in.

whenever I use opera, it would say " unable to connect, please review your network setting. And the phone browser is not equally working, it would say "your device does not currently have any browser configuration service"  I  contacted service provider but they could not do anything, please assist me out.

Resend the service books to your phone. To do this, on your homescreen follow Setup>Email Accounts>(Menu Key)>Service Books>Resend Service Books.
