All of a sudden on Thursday the phone and the desktop software stopped talking. I've been through all of the suggestions in the 'Troubleshooting the Desktop Software' page and the phone still won't connect. The desktop manager is simply showing 'Connect your Blackberry Device'.
Running XP Pro SP3, Desktop Software 184.108.40.206.
The phone is a Blackberry 9300 running software version 6.0 Bundle 2475 (v.220.127.116.116, Platform 18.104.22.168).

So, it's now been a week since this stopped working and three days since I posted here about it.
Is there anywhere else I can go to get this fixed, since apparently Blackberry simply don't give a fig?
