Go to OPTIONS, ADVANCE OPTIONS- HOSET ROUTING TABLES hit enter, menu key REGISTER NOW
Since you don't have an email account, you won't receive a confirmation email.
Wait about 15 minuses.
Please try the following
Pull the battery while the device is ON, replace after a minute,
Let the device reboot 1-3 min,
See if your setup wizard icon is pushed out to your screen.

Unfortunately, as you have no email, you have no log in to your BIS site,
Please call you carrier and as them to resend the service books for your device,
I wish we could do more,
Let's resolve this post, and reopen one when you get the wizard, and we will assist you from there.
