No longer receiving email... cannot connect to the server to update my password

I have a Curve 8520.

Carrier Movistar

 

I got an email telling me I had to update my password for my email as I was no longer receiving email... I cannot connect to the server to do this...

 

Please help I need it for work

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

 

From a PC browser try to access the email account if needed change your password for that email account , reboot your device then try to update that email account on your device .

Thanks, rebooting my phone worked, I was then able to access email settings Smiley Happy
