No mails in the mailboxfolder shown, only *No messages*

Dear, I don't get my mails in my mailboxfolder, the folder is setup correctly.  An indication comes when there is new mail, but when opening the mailbox, the comment *no messages* is shown...Everything worked fine, but after a shutdown of my phone (and removing battery), from that moment I can't see any mails in my mailboxfolder.  On advice from someone of you, I already restarted my phone, etc... Now I have a blank white screen, in the middle I can see the message "App Error 552 - Reset"...Can I have problems with my OS on the phone ? Thanks in advance !

Re: No mails in the mailboxfolder shown, only *No messages*

Hi RinoCerpentier,

The cause of the issue is BlackBerry smartphone encountered a Java Virtual Machine (JVM) application related problem and is unable to continue running. Check the below KB article -

  • KB18751 Error "Reload Software: 552" is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone

Re: No mails in the mailboxfolder shown, only *No messages*

I removed battery and restarted smartphone now.  But I still can't see mail in the mailbox.  There is one mailboxfolder, where all mails from my 4 different mailboxes comes in.  I work with an enterprise-service, so 1 mailbox from my work is doing fine.  Than I have yet 3 gmail-mailboxes configured, and 2 of them don't let see any mail in it.  1 is working correctly.  For the 2 mailboxes, if mail is coming in, there is an asterix which indicates incoming mail, but when opening the mailbox-folder, no mail is shown. Help please.
