No me detecta mi BB Bold 9900

Hola.

Tengo instalada la ultima version del BB Desktop software, recien bajada desde internet y al conectar mi nuevo BB 9900 me reconoce una parte y luego me da un error de dispositivo usb.

El Software de BB no se conecta a mi nuevo BB.

Anteriormente con esta misma pc y con este mismo puerto USB pude hacer una copia de un BB 9300 sin problemas...

Ya reinicié mi ordenador y nada...

Que puede ser?
