I have purchased my wife a curve 9320 in the last couple of days. On receipt it had two options for email, personal and Blackberry enterprise. I did the update to latest software and the option of personal email set up has gone.
As it is a personal phone, the enterprise option is not relevant, and i cannot now set up the phone to pull personal emails from my ISP as there is no option.

These options vary based on what BlackBerry® data plan you have configured on your device. Did you purchase the device new or used?
You could also try going to Options>Device>Advanced System Settings>Host Routing Table, press the menu key then choose Register Now.
Let me know if the option for Personal Email appears after doing this.
