No option to buy or download?



I purchased an app on my Z10. That app is also available for the Playbook, and should be a free download once it's been bought for another device. It should work (I've been in touch with the developper) and has worked for many others. 


I just don't get the option, when in blackberry world (on the playbook), to do anything. No download button, no open button, no price button, nothing, 


I've reset the device, rebooted it many times, wiped it, but I still get the same result, and I'm getting nowhere.


My guess is, there might be something left from a prior install that is conflicting with the current version. The application (Readitnow) used to be called something else, and I downloaded a trial some time ago, uninstalled it, wasn't what I was looking for at the time. But I think it's preventing me from installing the new version, which I want.


Any suggestions would be appreciated.
