I have tried all these remedies that have been suggested, I have even called Tmobile.  How do I change my blackberry email so that I can have a "send" option?  Please help.

Had the same problem with my new 8530.  After reviewing this message board, I called Tech support and told them the problem.  NO SEND!  They reset my Blackberry and sure enough there it was!

So, call Tech support for help!
