None of the buttons work!



My phone is on the tracker ball works but I can't push any of the buttons to select anything. I have removed the battery and restarted, i get my home screen but jsut can't select anything.


Please help!!

For 99% of the issues such as this, it is moisture related.


Has your BlackBerry device gotten wet, or even in a moist environ, such as a bathroom during a hot steamy shower?


Do this, remove the battery now, don't replace it for 3-4 days and place the device in a bag/box of dry rice to such the moisture out.
