Not Receiving Email

I'm not receiveing emails on my phone. My email provider says my port is wrong on my email settings on my phone. Does anyone know how to change the port?

I don't recall if you can actually change the port information after the email account is integrated, but you should go into the on-device email setup wizard and edit this account...see if you can actually change that information anywhere. If you still want to just change it but cannot on the device, then you should try, from the BB Browser, this URL:

Still otherwise, failing that, you should ring up your mobile service provider...they manage your BIS account for you and may be able to change that setting.

 

Failing the ability to change the setting, your only recourse will be to remove and re-integrate the account...but you may need to use the "Advanced Integration" trick in order to gain access to the required fields:
