Not Receiving all my emails on my Blackberry Curve 9360

I recently switched phones from a 8250 to a 9360. I upgraded my software before setting up my email account. I also used the backup from the old phone to the new. Since then Ive notice I don't receive all my emails on my bb, when I log in via laptop i realise there are atleast half my emails from the day not sent through including those from ppl in my address book. Its a Yahoo email addy


I've done the remove and insert battery, I've resent service books and have deleted the account and reset up, hasnt worked. What else can I do ?
