I use blackberry 8520. I am using her for a year now. She was fine and past 10-20 days I am sending messages and I am not able to receive any messages sent from my friends. My mobile shows 'edge' I am using a new number, where I have not activated internet services.
When I went to options--> mobile network--> menu--> diagnostics test
blackberry registration: abort
connected to blackberry: abort
blackberry PIN-PIN: abort.
I checked problem is not with sim but with mobile.
Please help me to fix it.

I am using a new number, where I have not activated internet services.
This is the cause of your issues...quite simply, you must subscribe to (and pay for) the services you desire to use. From what you have said, you have not yet done so. Hence, contact your mobile service provider to subscribe to the services you desire.
