Not able to restore Contacts after accidentally wiped data

This is my first post.

I am not tech savy.

I was changing SIM Card on my 9320 curve when it took me to option of erasing/ wiping the data.

In rush of time I erased/ wiped data.

There were numerous contacts loaded on my phone.

Kindly help me to restore contacts.....

Re: Not able to restore Contacts after accidentally wiped data

Hello dsm372

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

Simply changing the SIM card will not erase or wipe our device unless you enter wrong password that we set for our device . Regarding you contacts , if you ever did a backup using Desktop Software or BlackBerry Protect then you can restore your Contacts from there, refer to those KB for help :

  • KB10339How to use BlackBerry Desktop Software to restore data to a BlackBerry smartphone from a backup file
  • KB25063  : How to use BlackBerry Protect to restore data to a BlackBerry smartphone

If you never using any of those methods for backup then I doubt you'll be able to restore your contacts .
