Hi,
I have bought blackberry torch 9860 recently,I could find that one of the system file is deleted unexpectedly, and with this no pictures are getting saved when the pics are taken and all the pics have been deleted.the Bluetooth files are also not getting saved.
Please let me know on how to get back the previous files.will the mobile get back to the previous condition if I reinstall the os..??

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

From your post, I am unclear as to what your situation actually is...example:

I have no idea what that means...but...

If files have truly been deleted from the BB and no backups exist outside of the BB, then they are gone. There is no "recycle bin", "trash bin", or "deleted items" folders on a BB. Once deleted from the device, gone forever. Only restoring from a backup that contains those files can recover them.

Still not understanding what exactly happened to you, I think though that the answer is likely yes.

Good luck!
