Not connecting to BIS


Can someone help me, please?

I have in capital letters EDGE, but when I go to Service Status it says:

Mobile Voice:

    Status: available

    Connection: Mobile Network

Blackberry Internet Service:

    Connection: not connected


So I register in Host Routing Table and I receive the message that it was registered to the wireless network, but still I can't get connected... What can i do?? It was working fine until yesteday.. So  I remove the battery and chip for 15 mins, but i didn't work.... Thanks for the help...

Please go to home screen > Menu (Blackberry sign) >Option > security option > firewall > uncheck blackberry internet servcies > escape > save.


You may check with your carrier provider as well.
