Not receiving Qwest e-mail

I just purchased this last week.  I was receiving a few of my e-mails and now am not receiving any!  Help!

There's a few things you can try:


  1. You can try to reregister the device by going into Options | Advanced Options | Host Routing Table. Select the bold entry in the list, hit your menu button, and choose Register Now. Afterwards try resetting the device by removing the battery for 1 minute then replacing it
  2. You can log into the Quest BIS site and try to resend the service books back to your device.

Periodic rest by pulling battery out helps to get rid of 90% problems with BlackBerry.
