I now have the BB Z10 with DocsToGo but I would like to have my premium from my lost BB Torch 9800 moved to my new BB Z10
I wrote this below to DataViz and their reply was:
" Hi Jeffrey,
BlackBerry (formerly RIM) handles sales/tech inquires for Docs To Go BlackBerry at this time. Please contact BlackBerry for all sales or tech inquires for Documents To Go for BlackBerry."

On the 02/03/2013 I lost my phone which I had made my purchase to you for my Docs To Go pack.
I have now got the new BlackBerry Z10 which has Docs To Go already installed but I would like my licence to be transferred to this device, only thing is I do not have any occasion the details that I should.
Am not even sure that you will recognise the contact address I have sent with this request.
My BlackBerry address did start with <removed> but since it was changed to <removed>
I am hoping I have given you enough details to arrange a verification link.
