Hie, just installed os 6 on my bold 9700, its working fine , but there are two bugs , i genrelly listen to music through headphones , in my earlier os we could even change the tracks by pressing volume keys, bt in os 6 , all the keys stop working in standby mode. so this a problem for changing songs while driving. Also , when you go to optons and then in to third party applications , u cant view them.

I am not sure why are you going to that screen,
After you select you apps, and click next, it should start the installation process on your phone which takes roughly 20-25 mins.
You can try uninstalling and re-installing the device software on you PC. Make sure that there are no other versions of device SW installed through control panel>> add and remove progs.
If it still does not work, you can try to clean wipe your phone and do a fresh installation using BBSAK.
To do this, follow these steps,
Download and install BBSAK from bbsak.org.
1. Open the BBSAK
2. Connect your unit.
3. After the BBSAK detected your fone, click "Wipe OS"
4. After wiping the OS, your phone will restart and a white screen will show up saying "error 507"
5. Now click "Load OS". You should have the OS 6 already installed in your computer before loading the OS.
5. Once the OS is detected, the loader.exe will load your OS.
6. Just follow the instructions that will show up in the screen.
BTW, you should back up your files through sesktop softwarefirst before doing this.
