OS 7 now unable to sent bbm messages.

due to the software update, this corrupted my torch 9860. Had to wipe the phone and start all over again. deleted all services books and reboot . everything is set back up except for my bbm . i have create my two email accounts (received the activation mess) , one been Bis account via mobileemail. im unable to access the account via the web stating no username setup even though its registered on my phone. vodafone uk state they do not have access to create or modify my id on the mobileemail bis website. can u help others

Vodafone has complete control and access to everything on its BIS site.  Unless I'm missing something here, they've made a mistake.  If you have an email set up on your BlackBerry and it has a user/pass combo which you can access on your phone, Vodafone would have access to that on their BIS site.  It might be worth calling them back.
