On BB Application world - Token has Expired, please login. (error id: 50101)

Guys,

 

Need your help.. go into blackberry application world and clik My World - window (Token has expired, please login. (error Id. 50101).. any body know about it?

You can try pulling your battery. Then try resetting app world (Alt+RST)

Have you tried deleting App World and then installing again?

Can you connect to App World via your computer, and try installing apps that way?

yes.. i've try to pulling out the battery and deleting App World and install back again but still the same. the only thing is i can't update all apps inside my BB..

Are you able to install/update apps from visiting app world via your PC's browser and using the app world plugin to update?

Try visiting app world from your PC. Then sign in and connect your device(from the PC via usb). It should detect your device and install a small plugin (if you do not have it installed already)

it just simple. u need to update it from blackberry desktop. but before that, make sure delete social feeds first. Then just update. Works for me.
