Opening and editing Attactments

I just got my new curve . The salesman said it will open and edit spreadsheet attachments in email , which is why i got it. It will not open any .XLS  . My main reason for this phone was to be able to open edit send emails with Excell or a similar spread sheet . Did i get hosed or is it just in the settings and can it be done ?

Re: Opening and editing Attactments

And fortunately there is an upgrade to OS 4.5 in which is included DocumentstoGo (WordToGo, SheetsToGo) which will open and edit MS Excel spreadsheets.

Please ask if you need more info, or directions.

Re: Opening and editing Attactments

Debbie, open WordToGo (not a document, just WordToGo) and Check for Updates, select the normal upgrade for the Standard Edition (don't upgrade to the Premium Edition, unless want to do so) and allow the device to accept the DocumentsToGo update.

Upon completion and reboot, you will have SheetsToGo.

Do you have to purchase the premium to be able to edit?
