Every time I try to open an attachment on my Curve (8310) I get the following message:
"More Request cannot be completed. Service book information not found."
Any suggestions would be handy.

On your BB--look at Options > Advanced > Applications. Do you see BlackBerry Attachment Service listed?
If not, you need to load that from Application Loader IF you have your OS loaded to your PC.

I do have the blackberry attachment service but am still getting the same message. Anything further I can do? Any other suggestions?

Log into your BIS site and resend the service books.
