Options not appearing in Media

I have a 4 GB sandisk micro sd chip that i have been using to listen to my iTunes with, but all of the sudden, it would not let me go to "Play All" in the menu of Media>Music> Memory Card>Media Sync>(list of all artists)

it has worked for a week and i was very very VERY confused to see the the option had just vanished.

This is not the only problem i have been having with my phone, i cant upload pictures to my computer that i had taken on another phone with the same SD chip but i assume thats because they are encrypted.

PLEASE HELP

Re: Options not appearing in Media

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

Anytime random strange behaviors creep in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

Best!

Re: Options not appearing in Media

I fixed the problem by re-syncing my music using the Roxio Media Manager
